The 685 holes in the back of the Siemens ultraSense® dryer drum is the key to its high performance. The 685 holes allow us to use high air velocity to dry your clothes, which in turn allows us to use more moderate temperatures. More moderate temperatures mean clothes last longer, since excessive heat is one of the main contributors to fabric damage.
The high air velocity of the Siemens ultraSense® dryer also means more movement. More movement of your clothes while drying means more even drying.
The huge stainless steel drum (not merely painted steel, which is something you want to check for when you’re looking at dryers) also provides more room for more movement. It also gives you enough space to dry all your similar clothes at the same time, or a king-size comforter. The large 18" door opening makes it easy to take that dry fluffy comforter out.
